Full, rustling skirt features matching organza eyelet petticoat beneath; skirt is just short enough to reveal bottom petticoat ruffle. Rear zipper closure with top hook and eye, plus single hidden snap that joins edges of collar ruffle together. Bodice fully lined in black silk; skirt lined with free-flowing petticoat.
