This beautiful bowl is made of porcelain. This piece is stamped as being made by RK Silesia in modern-day Poland, see pictures, and the stamp dates this piece to the early 1900s. This bowl features a gorgeous green and white color scheme with a thin dotted gold band around the rim, and it has a beautiful design of pink roses to the interior.
