Understated it is not, but somehow this skirt—which looks like the result of a threesome between a bath mat, several doilies and your grandmother’s pearls—manages not to be gaudy. Surprisingly, the mustard yellow acts as a neutral and pairs beautifully with a multitude of colors, so it’s more versatile than you might think. Not a statement piece, an exclamation.
