Antique German Gothic Revival Bronze Church Altar / Sacristy Bell, c. late 1800s

This marvelous German bell are all made of solid bronze and features Gothic Revival ornate design. Each of three graduated sized bells decorated with a winged cherub at the top, whose face is turned clockwise. The main handle marked “Made in Germany”. All original finish shows gilt loose and natural patina from the age. This rare, useful and highly decorative antique is of museum quality and condition. It not only looks great it also makes a beautiful and warm ringing and resonating sound.
