Design space age

This Daybed was made in Denmark in the 1960s. The daybed frame is made of solid teak and is in original, very good conditio with same traces of use like minimal scratches and abrasions. The seat/place to lie down has been reupholstered anew with graphite-navy blue fabric. The bed has an adjustable headrest that allows it to be set in several different positions.

Massive mahogany meridian dating from the Victorian era, provided with a molded and stamped wooden structure “JD”. This overturned left long chair has a seat and a file with an old -fashioned garnish with straps and horsehair, covered with a checked original canvas, which will be covered with the fabric of your choice.
On the facade, an element of turned buttocks is sculpted in relief, to a component, scrolls and flowers.
At the rear, a mahogany element forming a ramp is made up of spindles turned, the top forms of a lined cord.
The whole rests on four shot feet ending on casters.
Ideal in your living room or bedroom, this meridian synonymous with relaxation and comfort, will give a timeless charm to your decoration.

Bed decorated with plaques depicting neoclassical female characters and cherubs, in French Art Nouveau or Italian Liberty style, (see photo).
